Hmm.. thats fine idea because I'm also interested. But mostly I want J2EE version.
I have some experience on J2EE and JSP programming.
There is meny useful LGPL compatible Frameworks where to start but these must be first invesigated.

Biger J2EE solutions will need a Dedicated Server with Dual Core CPU and 2Mb RAM and takes 128 to 500 Mb of memory in use. PHP software can work with only 4-10Mb memory.
I have able to host J2EE projects with SVN, SVN Chageset Browser, Issue Tracker, Wiki and Continous Integration. And this development environment is already installed.
