Unable to connect to database

I have installed QWikiOffice on my web server and update os-config.php with my database details and as soon as I navigate to the folder with index.php in I get the following message;

A connection to the database could not be established!

I have QWikiOffice running under Wamp on my desktop no problem. I have also been working with ExtJs on my web server with no problems.

I can't see anything in the code that would stop the database connection. Is there any specific requirement that my web server does not meet?

PDO drivers: sqlite

SQLite Library: 3.3.7

You must install MySQL PDO driver to run qWikiOffice.
